Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if an error was made during the ordering process, you can return the item purchased within 7 days following the delivery of your package. Delivery to our Montreal warehouse will be at your expense. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging. To make a return, send an email to [email protected] to receive a packing slip and ship the item to 4710 Saint Ambroise Street, Suite 136, Montreal, Quebec CA H4C 2C7. Need more time? Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please email us at [email protected] to receive a packing slip and ship the item to 4710 Saint Ambroise Street, Suite 136, Montreal, Quebec CA H4C 2C7.
 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will apply a credit to your account at Techno Cycle for a future purchase, regardless of its nature (in-store product, bike mechanic training, etc.).

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping and Tracking

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $400. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our team at 514-846-1486 or at [email protected].

Refund Policy for Mechanic Courses

For all our mechanic courses (this includes any and all group course and private sessions), our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Since the majority of classes start on Saturday’s at 9:00am eastern time, the seven (7) day period will start exactly one week before at 9:00am on the Saturday before the class. 
  2. You must contact us, either by email at [email protected] or by phone at (514) 846-1486 seven (7) days before the course is supposed to take place. You can choose to either receive a 50% refund, a store credit for the same amount or choose another date to take the course.
  3. If you contact us within the seven (7) day period leading up to the course is not refundable.
