- Treat this card as cash. It will not be replaced if lost or stolen. This card is redeemable for merchandise only. Redeemable either on the Techno Cycle website or in stores at our Montreal location. As per Quebec laws, the gift card does not expire.
- Redeemable at Techno Cycle for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card. For gift card balance, present this card at Techno Cycle retail location. This card is the property of the issuer.
- If you order a gift card online and it needs to be shipped, a shipping charge of 8.99$ will be applied, otherwise, you can come and pick the card up in stores.
- A card can be reloaded.
- Techno Cycle is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.
- If you have a balance of 5.00$ or less on a gift card you can request to have the balance refunded in a couple ways:
- If you are the original purchaser of the card, we can do one of the following; refund the balance directly onto the credit card, issue you a store credit for the balance, or give you a promotional code for the balance that can be used online.
- If you are not the original purchase of the card (you do not have the credit card associated with the purchase of the gift card) we can only issue you an in store credit for the balance, or offer you a promo code for the balance.
- You can also request to fill the same card back up to use at a later date (there is no charge for this).
